Day 98 ; 4/9/12 Character design~ Finally :D Danny and I went to our workout class and we ran outside. It was kind of hot, and I wasn’t feeling to great today. I ran about a mile and a half when I started getting a sharp pain on the left side of my lower abdomen. I had to walk the rest of the way, but toward the end of us stay outside and when the pain subsided, Danny and I sprinted a lot. We went to Subway afterward since he forgot his book for his class and he ended up not going to class.  I went to the store I worked at and they told me that they finally transferred me. FINALLY! Then he went to work and I went to my drawing class, and we got to finally draw our own thing, either our own character design in a perspective background, or a grid drawing (booooring~). The entire class I was with my group and I just listened to them talk about their life stories as I drew my character. It’s basically Aqua again, with Belle reincarnated as a bird. lololol. Will be finishing it up within the next 2 weeks with ink and colors. Oh and I’m probably gonna change up her face until I’m more satisfied/its more believable lmao

Day 93 ; 4/4/12 More perspective… Danny and I did the same old thing we do every Monday/Wednesday… xD Except this time, he didn’t go to his class and we worked out longer, which was really nice. I was really exhausted afterward. We were drawing more perspective, but this time we were trying to draw in perspective with a box and a bowl of fruit. It was definitely difficult, and I really didn’t like this drawing. :\

Day 91 ; 4/2/12 Perspective drawing at the library… Danny and I did the usual today, fitness class, ate then he went work, and I went to my drawing class. We did perspective based on real life, and I drew this at the library. Eh. :x

Day 37 ; 2/8/12 - Uh, her neck is too big… Today, Danny and I had our fitness class. I felt like I really pushed myself hard, I felt like if I hadn’t, I’d given up halfway. I’m actually kind of proud of myself. :3 I feel motivated because no one around me is stopping, so I keep going. After we did cardio, we went into the weight room to see what our rep max was. Danny was on the leg press and he did 505! It was crazy haha :D And he did like, 230 on the lat pull machine.. thing.. I couldn’t even pull it down at like 130ish :o Since Danny’s music class was cancelled, we kept going to figure out what our one max reps were until they kicked us out because there was another class. We showered and went to Jerry’s Artarama to go exchange my art portfolio for a smaller one… it’s so much lighter and better! >.< We were drawing more contour drawings.. I kind of got the hang of it.. and this drawing in this picture was my third one out of three contour drawings I did this evening.

Day 21 ; 1/23/12 - In the Zone Today, Danny and I had our Fitness For Life class from 12:30 to 1:50, he had his Music Fundamentals class from 2:00 to 3:50, and I had my drawing class from 6:00 to 9:00. We went to Walmart to get our last minute things for our fitness class, which wasn’t really worth it because we ended up late to class and didn’t use the items we bought :| We got out 10 minutes early and I went to the locker room and changed while Danny went to class. Danny got out of class an hour early and we ate and hung out for a while, and he decided to go to work early so he’d get out earlier. While he was gone, I did my Fitness homework, which took forever because the app I was using on my iPad was really really slow, so while I turned the pages, I got on Tumblr. Yeah, that’s how slow it was. :P Took me a good 2 to 3 hours to get it done. Anyway, I finally went to class and the teacher finally gave us our calendar for the semester. We went into a room where there was a projector and she showed us a video of a lady who made silhouette art, but interestingly enough, she did very unpleasant forms of art, which had to do with murder, sexual, and racial themes and other unpleasant stuff like that. Intense stuff. Then we watched a video of an elephant painting, well, an elephant. It was pretty amazing not gonna lie xD After the videos, we drew with charcoal. We had to draw the ‘negatives’ of what we saw (which I assumed were the shadows). I couldn’t see the male or female mannequins so I just drew the ninja turtle that was near me. I didn’t like it, at all. We finally got to switch if we wanted to, and I got to draw the mannequin above. I wish I had included the mannequin in the picture also :\ Oh well haha. I’m pretty proud of this picture, even my teacher was impressed :D I turned this one in, I was happy with it. I wish I had more time on it, I would have fixed the head and the breast more. I spent the majority of my time on this, I was the last one out of the classroom.

Day 20 ; 1/22/12 - Holy Crap, I Even Impressed Myself… I had a loooooooooong day at work today, from 9:30am to 5:30pm and I felt like 5:30 was never coming! I sold about $55 worth of donations today, so I should be getting 5 more free lunches coming through. :P After work, my family went to Mi Rancho (a Mexican restaurant) to eat as a family. As a family. My parents went to go pick up my brother, who refused to leave the car to at least join us so we could spend time together. I called my mom to make sure they were at the restaurant, and they said that he was in the car. So I went by the car and tried to tell him to come join us, even if he wasn’t eating. His stubborn self wouldn’t! I was so angry I slammed the car door to his face and walked off. I’ve never been so angry at my brother, he’s such a selfish brat now a days! I can’t imagine how worse it’ll get from here, he’s already going to turn 13 this year. Sometimes I wish I could get him to understand that our family time is precious because we never really get it often. Plus, who knows when my grandma will pass away?! When I told him that, his response was “It doesn’t matter, we see her everyday anyway.” That really pissed me off. I’m almost about to be fed up with him if he continues to be that way. I went to the bathroom to cool off and just enjoyed the meal with the family. I went home and I updated yesterday’s 366 since I couldn’t do it last night because I was tired and came home late, and I had to wake up early. I remembered I had some school work to complete, this drawing being one of them. I’ve actually really impressed myself on this one. I’m very content with the results! Now to get on with my other work…
